Application Instructions

ARROW WRAPS

1. Make sure shaft is clean, a rag and denatured alcohol work well. If you are refletching make sure shaft is free of all old glue or wrapping.

2. Carefully peel the wrap off its backing and lay it sticky side up on a flat surface. We like to use a mousepad or magazine on a table.

3. Align the shaft with the wrap and slowly roll it forward with gentle pressure letting the wrap adhere to the shaft. The wrap should overlap itself and the final edge may need a little smoothing with your fingers.

4. To remove old wrapping heat with a hair dryer or hot water for easier removal. Clean the shaft with denatured alcohol before applying a new wrap.

DECALS

1. Make sure surface is clean. Its best to assume any surface, no matter its appearance is contaminated. Most surfaces can be cleaned with a rag and denatured alcohol.

2. Lay the decal with the clear transfer surface facing upward on a flat surface. Rub firmly (a credit card works well) over the entire decal to help assure adhesion to the transfer surface.

3. Carefully peel the decal from the backing, you may need to use a knife edge at times to make sure the decal stays with the transfer surface.

4. Place the decal in the position you want and firmly rub the back of the transfer paper to seat the decal. Once again a credit card make a good tool for this job. Leave the decal in place for 30 minutes or more before removing the transfer backing.

5. Do not attempt to place a decal on a hot surface or allow a new decal to heat in the sun before removal of the transfer backing.

6. To remove decals heat them with a hair dryer and beginning at one corner slowly peel them away from the surface. Any glue residue can be cleaned with an adhesive remover.
